Massage Therapy

Massage Therapy is the manipulation of soft tissues of the body including muscles, connective tissue, tendons, ligaments and joints. Massage Therapy is a clinically-oriented healthcare option that helps alleviate the discomfort associated with every day occupational stresses, muscular over-use and many other chronic pain conditions. Massage Therapy can be used as a treatment for both acute and chronic cases.

Acupuncture

Acupuncture is an age-old healing practice of traditional Chinese medicine in which thin needles are placed at specific points in the body. It's primarily used to relieve pain but also has been used to treat other conditions, such as gastrointestinal issues, mental health wellness, neurological issues, infertility and can even help with weight-loss.

Modalities

We have a varieties of modalities that we can use in our treatments. We offer acupuncture and cupping for massage therapy patients; cupping, gua sha, tui na massage and moxibustion, auricular(ear) acupuncture, electro-acupuncture and heat therapy for our acupuncture patients.
