Broeren

Meet Anne-Marie! She is a Registered Massage Therapist with the CMTO, and graduated with honours from the Georgian College Massage Therapy Program.
Her goal is to always provide the highest quality client care, to treat and prevent injuries, to relieve pain and stress, and to restore function. She also has clinical experience in treating clients with sports injuries, perinatal and infant care, senior and complex care, and fibromyalgia.
She completed placements at RVH in the cancer and palliative unit, and the Georgian Bay Cancer Support Center, Penetanguishene. Anne-Marie is passionate about research and conferring with peers, to offer clients evolving treatment options and varying indicated techniques.
Her approach to each treatment is always patient-focused, using modalities such as myofascial, deep tissue, trigger point, PNF stretching, percussive, traditional Swedish, joint mobilization, progressive relaxation and breathing exercises.
Outside of work, Anne-Marie is an avid reader who is passionate about learning and ideas, music, movies, history and world events. She spends most of her free time with her family and their senior dog, enjoying the backyard in the summer, and winter trail hiking.
